Order
What is Pre-order?
A pre-order is an order for a new product that is not yet available from the supplier. The item is still being manufactured or is yet to be released. With a pre-order, you'll be among the first to reserve the product before it's officially available.
The item will have an estimated delivery date listed. This date is an estimate from the supplier and may vary; therefore, we don't know exactly when the product will arrive with us.
Important to know:
If you order both readily available products and a pre-order in one go, the entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order has arrived.
If you would prefer a different arrangement, please contact us in advance at info@onceuponagift.nl, and we'll be happy to help you find a solution.

How do the delivery times work?
The delivery times shown are the expected delivery times to your home. However, something can always go wrong during delivery. We will keep you informed of this as best as possible.
When will my order be shipped?
The delivery information is provided with each product. If a product is in stock, it is usually shipped within 2-3 business days. Otherwise, we will state the delivery date, which includes the time it takes to order the product from the supplier and deliver it to you.
The delivery time is stated as "Unknown". What does this mean?
An unknown delivery time means that the product is not in stock, and it may not be possible to order it from the supplier in the short term. Curious if we have more information yet? Please contact us.

iDEAL in 3 instalments – 0% interest
With iDEAL in 3, you can pay for your order in three equal instalments, without interest. This allows you to pay flexibly, while your order is processed immediately.
Klarna
Klarna offers you the option to pay for your order afterwards or in instalments. You receive your products first and pay later at your convenience, according to Klarna's terms and conditions.
Credit card
Pay easily and securely with your credit card. We accept the most commonly used credit cards:

Bancontact
Pay safely and securely via Bancontact. After reviewing your order, you will be redirected to Bancontact to complete your purchase.
Transfer to our bank account yourself
Prefer to transfer the amount yourself? That's also possible. After placing your order, you will receive our payment details. Once we have received the payment, your order will be processed.
Can we visit your store?
Our webshop is currently only online, and we do not yet have a physical location. Our address is solely a warehouse and return facility.

- For books, CDs, and fragile Arribas artworks, we charge a 20% surcharge.
- Items cannot be exchanged (unless defective).
