About Once Upon a Gift

In 2025, I, Jeffrey Hoepel, started this webshop out of a lifelong love for the magical worlds of Disney. I've shared that passion with my girlfriend for years, but I caught the "Disney bug" much earlier — from my mother, who proudly decorates her fully themed Disney Christmas tree every year.

I wanted to not only experience that feeling of magic, wonder, and nostalgia myself but also share it with others. This is how Once Upon a Gift was born: a place where enthusiasts can find that one special experience that makes their day just a little bit more magical.

The future

We continue to expand our assortment and improve our webshop, with one clear goal: to become the go-to place for fans seeking magic in their collection, combined with the personal service of a small, dedicated shop.

In February 2026, we started a collaboration with a major supplier of Disney figurines: Iron Studios. Thanks to this collaboration, we have been able to significantly expand our assortment and offer even more high-quality, detailed, and unique collectibles to true enthusiasts.

How Once Upon a Gift started

2025 – The beginning of our story.

As a child, I grew up with Disney movies, collections, and especially with a mother who brought the magic of Disney to life at home. That feeling remained, and together with my girlfriend, I still share that passion every day.

From that love, the idea arose to start a webshop where quality, nostalgia, and experience come together. Not massive, not distant, but personal and with attention to detail.
