Ordering and Shipping
On our website, you can place an order at any time. Ordering is quick and easy; simply follow these steps in our ordering process:
Select the desired products
Place the desired products in your digital shopping cart by clicking the blue 'add to cart' button. You can now continue shopping or order the product directly by clicking the 'checkout' button.
Log in or register
Do you already have an account? Log in to complete your order. Don't have an account yet? Create one immediately. This allows you, among other things, to quickly view your order history.
Your order will be shipped free of charge within the Netherlands for purchases of €100.00 or more. If you want your order to be sent to Belgium, shipping is free for purchases of €150.00 or more. We also ship orders to other countries. The exact shipping rate can be found in the overview below.
Pay for your order
Proceed to payment and choose your preferred payment method. Do you have a gift card code or a discount code? Don't forget to enter it before proceeding.
Order confirmation
Once you have completed all steps, you will see a confirmation of your order on the screen. We will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided. Please save this email, as the attached invoice also serves as your warranty certificate.
Have you not received a confirmation but money has been debited? Please check your spam folder, as the confirmation email may have been mistakenly identified as spam and ended up there. This way, you won't miss any emails from us. If you haven't received an email, please contact us so we can check the status of your order.

Upon receipt of your order, we will ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible.
Good to know: We only ship the order when it is completely ready. This also applies if the order contains a pre-order and the rest of the ordered products are in stock.
Would you prefer to receive the other products already? Then it is better to order the pre-order product separately.
Did you accidentally order a pre-order product together with an in-stock product and you don't want to wait until the pre-order product is available? Please contact us. We will then send your product in advance. Please note that we will charge extra shipping costs for this.
The order will be shipped within 1 - 3 working days via DHL or PostNL. As soon as the order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with a track and trace link so you can follow your order.
