Returns & Cancellations

Are you not completely satisfied with your online purchase? We're sorry to hear that, but don't worry — at Once Upon a Gift, you have 14 days after receiving your order to indicate that you wish to cancel the purchase.
After that, you have another 14 days to actually return the item.

Through your Account, you can easily indicate that you wish to return an item. Here's how it works:

  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Go to 'My orders'
  3. Select the order you wish to view
  4. Click on 'Return items'
  5. Select the item you wish to return
  6. Fill in the requested details and confirm your return notification

Returning your item

Once you have submitted the return notification, you can return the item. Follow these steps for quick and careful processing:

  1. Pack the item in a sturdy (preferably original) box and seal it properly.
  2. Write the following details on the package:
    Once Upon a Gift – Returns
    Zevenkampse Ring 853
    3069 MD Rotterdam
  3. Take the package to a PostNL point near you. Keep your proof of shipment until your return has been fully processed.

Processing & Refund

After receiving and checking your return, we will process it as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation by email once this is completed. Afterwards, the purchase amount will be refunded via the payment method you used.
