Wat is Pre-order?
Een pre-order is een bestelling van een nieuw product dat nog niet leverbaar is bij de leverancier. Het artikel wordt nog gemaakt of moet nog uitkomen. Met een pre-order ben je er als eerste bij en reserveer je het product voordat het officieel beschikbaar is.
Bij het artikel staat een verwachte leverdatum vermeld. Deze datum is een inschatting van de leverancier en kan afwijken; we weten dus niet exact wanneer het product bij ons binnenkomt.
Belangrijk om te weten:
Bestel je in één bestelling zowel producten die direct leverbaar zijn als een pre-order? Dan wordt de volledige bestelling pas verzonden zodra de pre-order binnen is.

Hoe werken de levertijden?
De getoonde levertijden zijn de verwachte levertijden bij u thuis. Toch kan er altijd wat misgaan tijdens de levering. Hier houden wij u zo goed mogelijk van op de hoogte.
Bij elk product vindt u de leverindicatie. Als een product op voorraad is, wordt hij doorgaans binnen 2 - 3 werkdagen verzonden. Anders vermelden wij de leverdatum die het kost om het product bij de leverancier te bestellen en bij u te leveren.
Er staat als levertijd "Onbekend". Wat betekend dit?
Bij een onbekende levertijd houd het in dat wij het product niet op voorraad is, maar het mogelijk ook niet op korte termijn te bestellen is bij de leverancier. Benieuwd of we inmiddels meer weten? Neem dan contact met ons op.

Producten die wij niet op voorraad hebben kunnen wij in 90% van de gevallen toch meenemen als we deze op tijd op voorraad krijgen. Neem hiervoor even contact met ons op.
